This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties that believe they can satisfy the requirement may submit a capability statement for Government consideration. All responses received by the stated deadline will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive acquisition is appropriate. The Government reserves the right to proceed with the intended sole-source acquisition, consistent with applicable acquisition regulations.
