DHA intends to award a sole-source contract for maintenance of Draeger medical equipment at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. - Buyer and location - Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Operations Division–San Diego - Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, California - Procurement approach - Intent to award Draeger Inc. a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for OEM maintenance, repair, and calibration of installed Draeger equipment. - Services include OEM parts and labor to support continued healthcare operations; the service is specified as having no loaner option. - Equipment covered: 67 units - Anesthesia: 13 Apollo units, 14 D-Vapor 2000 units, 1 Fabius MRI, 1 Fabius Tiro, 15 Vapor 2000 ISO units, and 15 Vapor 2000 SEVO units. - Internal Medicine: 3 Babylog VN800 ventilators and 5 Evita V800 ventilators. - Service requirements - Preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and calibration, including labor and covered parts. - Preventive maintenance twice per year. - Corrective-maintenance response within 48 hours after Medical Repair Branch notification and within 8 hours after Branch Clinics notification. - Contract term - Base period: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with four option periods extending performance through November 30, 2031.
