The intent of this posting is to provide an advanced notice of the forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1,250. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5985.

This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation.

Approved source is: CAES Systems LLC (93346), P/N 3380-8029-0009. The requirement quantity is 100 EA, with price breaks ranging from (95 EA -100 EA) and (101 EA -105 EA) included. The delivery time is 550 days. FOB point is Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
