Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed-price construction contract. This procurement is for construction services associated with removing and replacing the carpet in Rooms 127 and 137 at the U.S Customs House, 721 19th St., Denver, CO 80202.  The period of performance is 45 days with estimated magnitude less than $25,000, NAICS code 236200, PSC Code - Z2AA.  This is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside with anticipated solicitation date of November 17, 2026 and anticipated award date of December 18, 2026.  The procurement will be conducted using Price Only/Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures.  To be considered for this solicitation, interested firms must respond to this notice via SAM.gov or submit proof of active SAM registration, via email, to the individual(s) listed below.
