Description

Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk to provide preconstruction and construction services at Carver High School, including renovations and site improvements. The initial contract will provide preconstruction services for a lump sum, and include construction management and construction-phase fee percentages. During preconstruction, the selected manager will submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project or portions of it; APS is not obligated to accept a GMP.
