Summit County seeks a qualified conference or event management professional or firm to plan, coordinate, and provide logistical support for the inaugural Wasatch Back Wildfire Summit, scheduled for May 17–18, 2027, in Park City, Utah. The selected consultant will support speaker recruitment and program development, marketing and outreach, event logistics, volunteer and stakeholder coordination, materials procurement, and day-of event management. Post-conference services include surveys, compiling participation metrics, and preparing a summary report with outcomes and recommendations. The summit is expected to host 100–200 attendees, and substantial planning work, including venue selection and the conference website, has already been completed.
