The Minnesota Department of Corrections is seeking a specialized industrial sewing machine for MINNCOR Industries’ Moose Lake facility. - Buyer: Minnesota Department of Corrections, through MINNCOR Industries; Moose Lake facility. - OEM: Juki — one new industrial sewing machine, model MF-7913-E11-B56/PL12/MC37 (also identified as JUKI MF 7900 E11), or an approved equivalent supported by detailed specifications. - Configuration: three-needle, four-thread bottom-coverstitch machine for attaching elastic bands; 5.6 mm needle gauge; B-type throat plate; pneumatic cloth-chip suction; dial-adjustable stitch pitch; 0.9–3.6 mm stitch length, adjustable up to 4.5 mm; adjustable differential feed; automatic lubrication; and specified feed-dog adjustment and micro-lifter features. Maximum speed is 5,000 stitches per minute. - Supply the machine mounted and operational on a K-stand table, with a 110/220V servo motor. The equipment must be tested, certified, and labeled by an OSHA-recognized testing laboratory. - One-time equipment purchase; FOB Destination delivery with freight included.
