Description

The University of North Dakota is seeking bids for roof repairs to Sections 5 and 7 of Gamble Hall. Work includes removing existing EPDM, ballast, and sheet metal; replacing wet or damaged insulation; installing coverboard and 60 mil EPDM with new ballast; sealing penetrations; and installing new sheet metal flashing and overflow scuppers. Bids must be submitted through UND’s Jaggaer portal by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT, and must include the required bid forms, signature page, and North Dakota contractor’s license. A non-mandatory but recommended pre-bid inspection is scheduled for November 12, 2026.
