Sandy City Amphitheater Janitorial, Event Custodial, and Power-Washing Services

Sandy City Corporation is seeking seasonal janitorial and optional event-cleaning services for the Sandy Amphitheater. - Buyer: Sandy City Corporation, Purchasing Department; contact named in the solicitation: Georgia Keyser. - Services requested: - Backstage cleaning before and after events, covering the stage, loading dock, bathrooms and showers, dressing rooms, catering area, and box office; includes trash removal, liner replacement, and restocking supplies. - Optional on-site event custodian to monitor and clean restrooms, handle trash and recycling, and respond to spills and other cleanup needs; pricing is requested per event. - Optional power washing at least monthly, focused on guest seating, stairways, and main walkways; the bid form specifies once a month. - The City supplies basic cleaning supplies. Proposals should explain the provider’s experience, cleaning methods and equipment, and staffing qualifications and availability. - Notable requirements: commercial general liability and automobile liability coverage of $2 million, general liability aggregate of $3 million, and workers’ compensation and employers’ liability coverage. Sandy City must be named as an additional insured on applicable policies; bonding and indemnification requirements also apply. - No commercial OEMs, brands, or service vendors are named in the solicitation.

Sandy City is seeking janitorial services for its amphitheater, including backstage cleaning before and after events.
