Description

The solicitation seeks Home Study Report Services for foster care, adoption, and private guardianship matters. Practitioners will assess family functioning, caregiver suitability, and readiness using provincially approved tools, templates, and reporting formats, following the CIPF and SAFE practice model. Assessments should consider safe, stable, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate care, with consistent, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed practices. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, and submissions are by email.
