Description

The Town of Pincher Creek invites Statements of Qualifications from qualified proponents to design, supply, install, integrate, commission, and complete a water treatment plant filter upgrade using a progressive design-build delivery model. Proponents will be shortlisted based on experience, technical capabilities, the proposed project team, filtration manufacturer/supplier qualifications, and ability to deliver through an integrated design-build approach. Shortlisted proponents will be invited to a subsequent Request for Proposals process, with the Town intending to engage one Design-Builder for design, equipment, construction, integration, commissioning, and related services. The delivery period is February 1–December 31, 2027; SOQs are due November 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
