The City of Chestermere is seeking an Owner’s Advisor to act as an independent technical advisor throughout the Fire Station 117 design-build project. The scope includes procurement and design-compliance support, construction quality and schedule oversight, cost consulting, commissioning verification, reporting, closeout, and warranty support. Proposals must be submitted by email as two PDF files, one for the complete proposal and one for the pricing table. The proposal deadline is November 27, 2026, at 14:00:01.
