Description

The Town of Whitecourt is soliciting work to treat approximately 19.6 hectares in accordance with FireSmart principles and practices. Work in Block 22 includes mulching, stand thinning and pruning via mastication, targeted removal of dead and down materials, and elimination of ladder fuels to meet FireSmart spacing and stand structure recommendations. Startup is required in 2026, and the work must be completed no later than February 28, 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by email and received by the Town before the November 16, 2026 closing time.
