Description

The Ministry requires strategic consulting services to support digital delivery and transformation initiatives, including initiatives already underway and new opportunities identified in Appendix B of the RFP. The Assisted Living and Social Services Modernization Office Branch works to modernize ministry programs and services, improve service design and delivery, transition from legacy technologies, enable accessible digital services, and improve internal operational efficiency. The work also includes coordinating digital delivery with ministry business areas and Technology and Innovation. Proposals must be submitted electronically by email in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format by the RFP closing date and time.
