Description

The County of Ventura Human Services Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations or individuals to provide Independent Living Program services. The contractor will provide comprehensive services and classes giving eligible youth essential life-skills training. One bidder will be selected for a contract and will coordinate service delivery with HSA’s Children & Family Services department. Proposals must be submitted through the Bonfire portal; the project description gives a deadline of 4:00 p.m. PDT on December 2, 2026, while the portal lists the close date as 5:00 p.m. MST that day.
