Turnkey solar photovoltaic systems for five Connecticut college campuses

Connecticut State Colleges and Universities is seeking turnkey solar photovoltaic projects for five campuses. - Buyer: Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU), through the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Procurement organization. - Campuses: CT State Asnuntuck in Enfield, CT State Naugatuck Valley in Waterbury, CT State Norwalk in Norwalk, Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, and Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. - Requested systems: Rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar photovoltaic systems; system sizes, quantities, and part numbers are not specified. - Turnkey scope: The selected developer will finance, design, install, operate, and maintain the systems, then sell the generated electricity to the respective campuses. - Program requirement: Submit the project to Eversource’s large LREC/ZREC Program. - OEMs and vendors: No solar equipment manufacturers or proposing vendors are identified. Description

Connecticut State Colleges and Universities is requesting proposals from qualified developers to finance, design, install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems. Systems may be installed on rooftops and/or at ground-mount locations at five listed campuses: CT State Asnuntuck, CT State Naugatuck Valley, CT State Norwalk, Eastern Connecticut State University, and Central Connecticut State University. The contractor will sell the electricity output to each respective campus and submit for the CSCU to Eversource’s large LREC/ZREC Program.
