The Town of Canmore is prequalifying providers to supply retail electricity and natural gas and manage related energy services. - Government buyer: Town of Canmore; no sub-agency or office is specified. - Scope: Fixed-price, load-following energy supply for the Municipal, Waste & Water, and Bow Valley Regional Housing portfolios, with each portfolio priced separately. - Services: Supply administration and management, monthly consolidated invoicing, energy data management and reporting, and account management. - Volume and requirements: Combined annual usage is stated as over 11,085 MWh. Description

The Town of Canmore is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for electricity supply, as described in Appendix A – Project Specifications. The selected energy suppliers will provide retail services, including the supply, administration, and management of electricity retail products and related services. The delivery period is December 21, 2026–April 30, 2027. Proposals are to be submitted by email by November 17, 2026.
