Florida’s Office of Insurance Regulation is seeking a qualified firm to examine the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. Description

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is seeking qualified vendors to conduct a multi-state market conduct examination of the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. The examination is pursuant to sections 624.3161 and 766.315(5)(e), Florida Statutes. Responses are competitive sealed submissions administered through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal and must comply with the RFP terms. The contract term will begin upon execution and end no later than June 30, 2027, with no renewal.
