Offers must address all line items and include a work plan and schedule, quality-control plan, and experience questionnaire. The purpose of this solicitation to to procure services to perform for the Haycamp Common Stand Exams San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District. This requirement is for 100% small business set-aside. All quotes are due via email to sarah.cotton@usda.gov NLT November 27th, 2026.
