Description
The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) seeks a qualified Offeror to provide compliance oversight of MoDOT grant sub-recipients. The selected Offeror is expected to enter into a Service Agreement with MHTC to provide the oversight described in the RFP. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028.
