Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a contractor for recurring grounds care and on-call landscaping at Ft. Gibson Cherokee Casino. - Buyer: Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (CNE), a wholly owned tribal company of the Cherokee Nation; site is Ft. Gibson Cherokee Casino in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or outside vendors are named. CNE is the buyer. - Requested services: Weekly mowing, edging, blowing and trimming; shrub, tree, plant and bed care; fertilization and weed control; litter and clipping removal; and irrigation system operation and maintenance. Additional work includes irrigation repair or installation, seeding, sod, skid steer and brush hog services, mulch, seasonal color, seasonal installation labor, weed spraying, tree and shrub trimming, overseeding, tree planting and removal, aeration, and landscape design and installation. - Notable requirements: Maintain turf at no more than three inches; use mowing equipment with vacuum attachments and bagged push mowers on islands. Chemical use requires advance notice and approval, safety data sheets, and a properly licensed pesticide applicator with Oklahoma 3A Turf and Ornamental Outdoor certification. Irrigation repairs must be available on a 24-hour on-call basis; requested landscape design and installation must be performed within 24 hours. A certified landscape architect must perform design work. Annual mulch placement must be at least two inches deep. Travel time is not billable.

Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking proposals for weekly mowing and landscaping services at Ft. Gibson Cherokee Casino. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services needed for professional lawn and landscaping maintenance and installation. Base services include turf, shrub, tree, plant, bed, and irrigation maintenance; additional services may include irrigation repairs, sod, mulch, seasonal color, tree planting, aeration, and landscape design and installation. Bids are due by 5:00 PM on November 9, 2026.
