Description

The Town of Pincher Creek invites Statements of Qualifications from proponents for a water treatment plant filter upgrade using a progressive design-build delivery model. The work includes design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, and completion of the upgrade. Qualified proponents will be shortlisted based on experience, technical capabilities, project team, filter manufacturer or supplier qualifications, and integrated design-build delivery ability, then invited to a subsequent RFP. The anticipated RFP is a two-phase progressive design-build, with CCDC 32-2026 contemplated as the contract form, subject to Town confirmation and applicable supplementary conditions.
