This advance procurement notice concerns a potential multi-year Construction Management contract to recapitalize vertical and horizontal infrastructure at the Whitehorse Cadet Training Centre in Whitehorse, Yukon. The site includes 39 buildings with approximately 5,000 m² of floor area; expected work includes renovations and demolition and reconstruction of selected facilities. Successful proponents will be required to develop an Indigenous Benefits Plan covering participation through subcontracting, employment, and training. The opportunity is not guaranteed to proceed, and the anticipated solicitation posting is Winter 2027, conditional on DND approval.
