Santé Québec Montérégie-Ouest seeks a partner to operate a nine-place intermediate resource for youth ages 0–17. The facility may serve youth with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, behavioural disorders, mobility difficulties, or related mental, physical, or neurological health conditions. The facility must be located in a city served by one of five listed school service centres; noncompliant submissions will be rejected. The professional services contract is for 120 months, with one 60-month renewal option.
