The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency is seeking a contractor to replace generators and automatic transfer switches at four toll-road facilities on State Routes 261 and 133. Work includes removal and compliant disposal of existing equipment, installation of new generators and ATS units, labor and materials, crane service, anchoring, and concrete-pad increases as needed. The contractor must provide electrical and structural engineering, required permits and plan-check fees, deputy inspection, prevailing-wage compliance, and performance and payment bonds. Bids are submitted electronically through PlanetBids and are due December 9, 2026.
