City of Iowa City On-Call Water Damage Cleaning and Restoration Services

Description

The City of Iowa City requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide citywide cleaning and restoration services for water damage, water main breaks, and sewer backups. Proposals must be submitted online through Ion Wave; faxed, emailed, and hard-copy submissions will not be accepted. Questions and clarification requests must be submitted in writing through Ion Wave by November 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT. The contract is estimated to begin in November 2026, with an initial three-year term and the possibility of one additional three-year renewal by mutual consent.
