Professional services for Hoboken management enhancement review

The City of Hoboken is seeking professional services for a management enhancement review. - Buyer: City of Hoboken, New Jersey, through its purchasing function. - Requested service: Management enhancement review; individual tasks and quantities are not specified. - Proposal requirements: Price each task separately and provide a detailed time-and-materials budget, not-to-exceed fee, labor estimates, assigned personnel and rates, subcontractor costs, reimbursable expenses, and total estimated cost. - Personnel requirements: At least one assigned person must hold a current qualifying New Jersey professional certification, such as CMFO, QPA, CPWM, RMC, CTC, or another NJDCA professional certification. An eligible subcontractor may meet this requirement. - Location and preference considerations: Proposed personnel, specialists, and technical resources must be available in close geographic proximity to Hoboken; an eligible subcontractor may meet this criterion. Qualifying diversity certifications, including WBENC certification, may support the applicable preference. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or commercial vendors are named. The City has established no budget for the services.
