Description

The project will rebuild sections of the existing Upper 290 downhill mountain bike trail within Mt. Spokane State Park. Work includes installing and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, constructing improved mountain-bike-specific trail alignments and features, and decommissioning retired trail sections to restore them to a vegetative, undisturbed state. Limited vegetation and tree removal is also included. The solicitation lists a bid bond requirement: 5% of the total bid for bids over $35,000; it is not required for bids of $35,000 or less.
