Johnson County Community College seeks a qualified mechanical contractor to replace cooling tower pumps at the Campus Services Building (CSB) West Chiller Plant. The work is intended to modernize plant infrastructure, improve system reliability, and ensure uninterrupted campus cooling. The contractor must provide the rigging, tooling, labor, materials, and specialized supervision needed to decommission, remove, and replace the designated plant assets. A pre-bid conference and tour is scheduled for November 10, 2026, and attendance is highly recommended.
