Description
The Bureau of Land Management gives notice that the plat of a dependent resurvey and corrective dependent resurvey of portions of the Public Settlement Lands in trust for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe in Aquinnah, Massachusetts, was officially filed. The protest against the survey was dismissed on February 26, 2026, and the plat was filed at the Eastern States Office in Falls Church, Virginia, on February 27, 2026. The survey was accepted on April 26, 2019. Copies of the plat are available upon request after prepayment of a $7.50 reproduction fee per copy.
