Description

The National Indian Gaming Commission adopted annual fee rates of 0.00% for Tier 1 and 0.065% for Tier 2, applicable to assessable gross revenues from gaming operations under its jurisdiction. For tribes with a certificate of self-regulation, the rate on Class II revenues is 0.0325%. The Commission also adopted a $40-per-card fingerprint processing fee. Both the fee rates and fingerprint fee are effective November 1, 2026, and remain in effect until new rates are adopted.
