Description
The Environmental Protection Agency is correcting an inadvertent error in the regulatory text of the Lime Manufacturing NESHAP technology review final rule, published July 16, 2024. The correction changes the deadline for submitting an emissions averaging implementation plan from 180 days to 60 days before demonstrating compliance. The amendment makes the regulatory text consistent with the 2024 final rule preamble and is effective November 3, 2026.
