Description

The Federal Communications Commission Media Bureau adopts an Order removing 47 CFR § 73.3612 and references to that section from parts 73 and 74. The section concerned broadcasters' annual reporting of employee race, ethnicity, and gender by job category. The FCC says the removal conforms the rules to the Fifth Circuit's decision in National Religious Broadcasters v.
