Description
Texas Stock Exchange LLC proposes to amend Rule 17.111(d), which governs listing and trading of Commodity-Based Trust Shares. The proposal would establish generic listing standards allowing qualifying shares to be listed and traded under Rule 19b-4(e) without a separate proposed rule change for each product. It includes eligibility criteria for trust holdings, allows certain digital commodities and securities to comprise up to 15% of a trust’s net asset value, and permits actively managed shares. The proposal also establishes related disclosure, liquidity, trading halt, surveillance, firewall, and investor-protection requirements; the SEC notice states that it grants accelerated approval.
