Description

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is requesting public comment on a proposed revision to an approved information collection. The applications collect information from Veterans seeking the cash surrender value of an insurance policy or a policy loan. The collection adds VA Form 29-1546e, an online version of the cash surrender application, intended to make online applications easier and reduce the time needed to receive policy cash value. Comments are due January 4, 2027.
