The USDA Forest Service is seeking recurring janitorial services for its Pine Ridge Ranger District and Supervisor’s Office in Chadron, Nebraska. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands; USDA-FS CSA Intermountain 4, administered by the Nebraska National Forest. - Facility and scope: Approximately 14,500 square feet, including about 13,275 square feet of carpet and 1,225 square feet of tile or linoleum. The contractor provides labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and supplies, except items furnished by the government. - Services: Weekly cleaning (52 visits per service year), monthly cleaning (12 visits), biannual cleaning (2 visits), and annual cleaning (1 visit). Work covers floors, restrooms, drinking fountains, windows, waste receptacles, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, furniture, blinds, doors, and other specified areas. - Notable requirements: Prioritize approved biobased cleaning products. Requirements also address security and personnel screening, safety, quality control, and reporting. Offers call for a staffing and quality-control plan, work schedule, and key-personnel experience information. Pine Ridge Ranger District and Grasslands Supervisors Office located at the USDA Forest Service, Nebraska National Forest, 125 N. Main Street, Chadron, NE 69337.

The office building consists of approximately 14,500 square feet. Approximately 13,275 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1,225 square feet are tile or linoleum.
