Turnkey access-control and video-surveillance system for U.S. Naval Academy buildings

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking a turnkey access-control and video-surveillance system for the U.S. Naval Academy’s Larson Hall and Farragut House. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Information Technology Service Division (ITSD). - Required OEMs: ASSA ABLOY, AXIS, HPE, Corning, Legrand Ortronics, and Genetec. - Scope: Access-control hardware, 30 AXIS cameras, HPE network switches and accessories, fiber and Cat6 cabling, Genetec software licenses and support, and turnkey installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handoff. - Key requirements: Equipment must meet applicable Trade Agreements Act (TAA) requirements. The completed system is for Larson Hall and Farragut House. - Delivery: Requested by the end of March 2027.

Description

This requirement is for specific security equipment for the United States Naval Academy as detailed in the Statement of Work included WITHIN the attached solicitation. This is a Brand Name requirement and all quoters submitting quotes in response to this solicitation shall be authorized resellers of AXIS, GENETEC, HPE, Corning, Ortronics by Legrand, and Assa Abloy brand equipment. Partial quotes will not be accepted.

All quotes in response to this solicitation shall be submitted to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil by the date and time specified. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
