The Liberty County Board of Commissioners seeks a qualified professional consulting firm to provide scoping services for Liberty Independence Parkway Phase 2, also identified as the Hinesville By-Pass/U.S. Highway 84 Connector (PI# 0021719). The work is to follow the scope in Exhibit I.
