Description

The Utah Division of Purchasing published a notice of intent to increase the contract total without engaging in a standard procurement process. The request is for Amendment 2 to the TETONS program scope of work, adding funds for FY26 through the Utah Parent Center. The proposed contract total is $696,429.03, up from the original and current total of $610,120.00. Vendors may submit a contest with the information required by the Part 8 notice; submissions are due November 9, 2026, at 4:30 PM MST.
