CNET laboratory emulation and engineering expertise for JWAC

This Air Combat Command RFI seeks contractor expertise for JWAC’s computer-network and telecommunications emulation work. - Government buyer and requirement - The notice was issued by the Department of the Air Force’s Air Combat Command, HQ ACC AMIC; the attached requirement identifies the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) as the organization seeking support. - The RFI requests vendor information on CNET laboratory emulation and expertise, including responses to questions in the attached FY28 document. - Requested services - Provide computer scientists and engineers to support laboratory emulation, modeling, network experiments, and proof-of-concept development. - Emulate U.S. and foreign telecommunications and computer-network hardware compatible with JWAC’s QEMU-KVM environment, then validate emulations by running required operating systems and applications. - Potentially develop methods to monitor and capture the state of emulated hardware. - JWAC will provide the hardware. No quantities or part numbers are specified. - Notable requirements - The RFI asks about relevant systems programming, networking, virtualization, router emulation, simulation, scalability, and verification experience. - It also asks about access to TS//SCI-cleared analysts and on-site availability in Dahlgren, Virginia.
