Bette & Cring, LLC is preparing to bid the NYS Thruway project to rehabilitate three bridges in Albany, Greene, and Schenectady Counties. Work includes structural steel and concrete repairs, joint replacements, curb and wearing surface repairs, pedestrian fence and approach rail repairs, a new paint system, and limited full- and partial-depth deck repairs. The prime contractor invites NYS-qualified M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to submit quotations by close of business on November 17, 2026. The stated contracting goals are 3% SDVOB, 5% MBE, and 5% WBE.
