Description

Mason County School District seeks a third party to operate, manage, and monitor eligible broadband LAN/WLAN components under a Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) agreement. The provider will manage the district’s existing equipment, approximately 301 Extreme AP5010 access points, associated licensing, and existing structured cabling, racks, and cabinets as necessary; the district is not seeking to purchase new equipment. The district seeks a one-year agreement with four optional extensions, while other and multi-year terms may also be considered. Bids are due by November 30, 2026, and the project is contingent on obtaining Category 2 E-Rate funding.
