Pricing must include recurring and one-time charges, construction, and non-recurring costs, with fixed pricing for the initial term and E-Rate funding contingency. The buyer may adjust bandwidth or locations at quoted unit prices. The scope includes 5–10 Gbps internet access and transport to Genesis Academy, plus WAN connections of 1–5 Gbps to Rutherford Academy and Montgomery Teen Learning Center. Proposals are requested for 36-month and/or 60-month terms, with service beginning July 1, 2027; service and required equipment must reach inside the schools. No Category 2 services are requested.
