GSA is seeking one turnkey CNC plasma cutting table system for delivery to Fort Hood, Texas. - Government buyer: General Services Administration (GSA), Supply Chain Management Contracting Division. - Requested system: Torchmate 4400 with FlexCut 80, part number LECS-080-4400-00, or an equal system; quantity 1. - System scope: Integrated cutting table and frame, water table and slats, plasma power supply, mechanized torch with magnetic breakaway, automated torch-height control, CNC controller with touchscreen, CAD/CAM nesting software, and starter consumables kit. - Key requirements: The equal system must satisfy specified cutting capacity and performance, motion-control, software, utility, safety, setup, documentation, and support requirements. Product marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R, and the quote must include freight.
Description
The General Services Administration, Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for CNC Plasma Cutting Table System. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal or, be willing to register for OMS Vendor Portal within 5 days of award notice.
Delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. See the RFQ for the delivery city, state, and zip code; however, full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders.
Prices are requested on an FOB Destination basis, including the vendor’s best delivery lead time.
If any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank or if the completion of required clauses and provision fill-ins are not made (as applicable), further consideration for award will not be made.
For quote to be considered responsive please return BOTH the completed RFQ Document and Attachment 1 MIL-STD 129 signed (documents are attached) by email to sharita.sheppard@gsa.gov by the response due date and time stated.
