Description

The Ministry seeks professional services to support the Direction des stratégies et solutions d’affaires (DSSA) and its development teams. External specialists will address expertise and capacity needs, support adoption of development tools, transfer knowledge, and help manage technology obsolescence and information-asset maintenance. The five-year contract is divided into four lots covering Java with Spring and Angular, PHP, Oracle PL/SQL/APEX/Forms, and DevOps/containerization.
