Description

Dubuque County seeks sealed, fixed-price proposals to replace selected components of the north hydraulic passenger elevator, including the cab, recessed car operating panel, specified fixtures, roller guides, and sling and platform assembly. The work updates components remaining after earlier modernization of the elevator’s hydraulic power unit, controls, and passenger fixtures. Recessing the car controls is intended to reduce contact and accidental activation by kitchen carts. Award is based on the lowest responsive, responsible proposal meeting the published requirements, subject to Board of Supervisors approval.
