Description

The Centre de services scolaire de Laval seeks a professional firm to audit its financial statements and the normative and regulatory questionnaires required by Québec’s Ministry of Education, in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Pricing is requested for fiscal years 2026–2027 through 2028–2029, with possible renewals for 2029–2030 and 2030–2031. The contract has a 36-month firm term and two one-year renewal options, for up to 60 months total. Bids must be submitted in separate qualitative and financial envelopes, and a valid Revenu Québec tax-compliance certificate and proof of at least $2 million in general liability insurance are required.
