Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission scheduled full reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revoking the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on twist ties from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The Commission determined that the reviews are extraordinarily complicated and extended the review period by up to 90 days. The notice includes procedures and deadlines for participation, filings, and a hearing scheduled for March 9, 2027.
