Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is amending its preliminary affirmative determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of truck bed covers from China to correct a significant ministerial error. The error concerned the producer listed for the Ningbo Scarman/Ningbo Auto Parts producer-exporter chain and its assigned preliminary dumping margin. The period of investigation is July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The amended cash deposit instructions apply retroactively to October 1, 2026.
