No products, services, quantities, part numbers, OEMs, or vendors are requested or identified. - Notable requirement: The Commission characterized the reviews as extraordinarily complicated and extended the review period by up to 90 days.
Description
The United States International Trade Commission scheduled expedited five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930. The reviews will determine whether revoking countervailing duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India and Malaysia, and antidumping duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. Interested parties may submit comments by January 14, 2027, subject to the notice’s requirements. The Commission extended the review period by up to 90 days.
